InterviewStream, a leading provider of video interviewing technology, has recently announced new features for their namesake interview solution. The platform now comes equipped with candidate assessment tools that assist candidates in highlighting their strengths and skills, allowing hiring managers to make better placements. In addition, new functionality that supports electronic document upload has been added so that interviewers can analyze supplemental content and provide interactive feedback to candidates via video.
The company also announced the release of an updated version of their Mobile 2.0 technology. The Mobile 2.0 app is an on-the-go solution that grants users access to all of the key features of InterviewStream’s enterprise platform through the use of their smartphone or tablet device. Mobile 2.0 is currently supported on Android, BlackBerry, iPhones, iPads and allows users to view recently completed pre-recorded candidate interviews and watch video interviews wherever and whenever they please. The latest enhancements include a new “invite” feature that allows users to send interview requests to candidates, forwarding capability for sharing interviews with colleagues, and scheduling tools for tracking upcoming live interviews.
InterviewStream will be showcasing these candidate assessment tools and their updated Mobile 2.0 application at the HR Technology Conference and Expo this week.
