CareerBliss Catalogs Best, Worst Cities for Jobs in 2013

 In its Best and Worst Cities to Find a Job in 2013 survey, career community CareerBliss identified what it deemed the most and least viable cities in the U.S. for job seekers in 2013. The survey considered three factors first and foremost, overall employee happiness, unemployment trends, and job availability. Los Angeles topped the list laying claimed to the happiest workers in the country, according to the survey. Boulder, Colorado came in last with its rising unemployment trend and lower than average employee happiness.

The top ten best cities in the country for 2013 include, in descending order: Los Angeles, Tucson, Dayton, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Saint Louis, Birmingham, Houston, Indianapolis, and Dallas. The bottom ten include, in ascending order: Reno, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, El Paso, Allentown, Wichita, Buffalo, Milwaukee, and Boulder.
