Digital InterviewHireVue, a leading provider of digital interview technologies, has recently launched a new website to coincide with the release of their innovative Digital Interview Platform. The offering allows recruiters and hiring managers to conduct their interviews on demand – whenever and wherever they want. HireVue boasts that the platform helps users interview up to 10 times faster, nine times cheaper, and 100 times more effectively – all while reducing regulatory risk.

The Digital Interviewing  Platform is a comprehensive resource, providing tools for in-person, phone and video interviews. Complete with online digital interview guides and real-time questions, the platform also captures ratings and feedback, allows for collaborative sharing and comparing, and provides objective decision support tools.

In addition to these features, the main draw of HireVue’s Digital Interviewing is its on-demand functionality – recruiters and hiring managers can simplify their interview process by emailing questions to candidates and having them reply back with structured responses through their web-cam. Interviews can then be watched like a movie (play, pause, rewind, fast forward), and subsequently rated, shared and compared anytime or anywhere, even from a mobile device. The digital platform has also been pre-integrated to work with other popular recruiting software and applicant tracking systems such as Taleo and SHL.
