Interpersonal relationships are the No. 1 source of tension in the workplace, according to a survey of 2,000 working Americans conducted by Olivet Nazarene University. In fact, 40 percent of those surveyed said they are annoyed with their coworkers on a regular basis; 21 percent said they get “quite annoyed,” and 9 percent said they get “extremely annoyed.” Only 4 percent of respondents said they don’t get annoyed with coworkers on a regular basis. More than a third of respondents reported being so annoyed with coworkers in the past that they changed jobs to get away.

What is it about our coworkers that annoy us? Survey respondents cited complaining, gossip, bullying, and even bathroom and eating habits as some of their coworkers’ most annoying qualities.

Check out the infographic below for a detailed breakdown of the survey results — including a look at the most common names of annoying coworkers. (Sorry, Sarah and John.)
