Coming at the 15th Annual HR Technology Conference and Expo in Chicago, Dovetail Software’s official launch of its newest version of Dovetail Support Suite for HR on October 8th will introduce a revamped user interface that is designed to better accommodate social interaction between users. The release includes photo avatars and conversation-oriented case flow for a more direct communication experience between HR representatives and employees. The new and simpler layout also minimizes the need for lengthy training, thus encouraging immediate adoption.
“We wanted to create a more personal and social experience for users. The new UI features elements similar to popular social applications making interactions between HR and employees feel more conversational with a human touch,” explained Chad Myers, director of development at Dovetail Support Suite Products.
Dovetail Support Suite for HR Version 4 gives HR teams the technical capability to serve the needs of a high volume of employees without requiring additional staff.
