eScribe Meeting Management Software Upgrades with Real-time Voting

 eScribe’s PROFESSIONAL edition of its meeting management software for iPad is receiving an upgrade to enhance the real-time chat and collaboration tools already present in the solution. The release of the PROFESSIONAL version sees the addition of real-time voting from all meeting participants using their iPad. eScribe’s paperless meeting platform is now able to support nearly any meeting format, including board and council meetings. In addition to the features of the STANDARD eScribe edition, including a user-configurable meeting management engine, web publishing of meeting results, and indexed video and audio, the PROFESSIONAL edition incorporates features such as real-time roll call, administration of request-to-speak requests, and direct registration of votes via an iPad device. eScribe is available either on-site or as a hosted, cloud-based solution.
