Four Popular HR Bloggers to Speak at Halogen Conference

NewsFour widely read and influential HR and recruitment bloggers – Kris Dunn of the HR Capitalist, Mike Haberman of Omega HR Solutions, Chris Havrilla of Recruiter Chicks and Cathy Missildine-Martin of Profitability through Human Capital -will close out the first night of the Halogen Software User Conference with a panel discussion on attracting and retaining top talent. The 6th annual event will be held in Atlanta, Georgia  from September 19th to the 20th.

The speakers promise to unveil powerful new insights and strategies for acquiring top-of-the-line employees. The discussion will lead to the latest tools and resources that hiring managers can leverage to improve their efficiency and plan for the future.

Each of the HR bloggers is a proven practitioner and renowned thought leader in the field. Panel moderator Kris Dunn is Chief Human Resources Officer at Kinetix, a recruitment process outsourcing firm for growth companies, and also runs the highly regarded HR Capitalist and Fistful of Talent blogs. Mike Haberman has over 25 years experience as an HR practitioner and consultant, and currently blogs on his firm’s namesake website, Omega HR Solutions. Chris Havrilla began her career in IT but found her true calling in recruiting and HR. She is recognized for her consulting services at Havrilla, LLC., and frequently blogs on the popular site Recruiter Chicks. Cathy Missildine-Martin is Vice President at Intellectual Capital Consulting and an adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University and Emory University where she has taught the HR Certification course for more than 10 years. She blogs at Profitability Through Human Capital.
