glueworks released job seeker showcase Jobseekers now have a new option for presenting their individual talents and branding with the release of Glue Talent Showcase, a comprehensive suite of tools that helps employers quickly understand a candidate’s value. The Showcase includes content galleries for resumes and cover letters, a First Impression Video, and a workplace competency assessment. A candidate’s knowledge, skills, and talents can be demonstrated through the option of uploading an unlimited amount of relevant content for the job seeker.

GlueWorks, the creator of Glue Talent Showcase, also sells customized versions to organizations (e.g. workforce development groups and universities) that include searchable profiles, organizational portals for mentoring, coaching, and the capability of controlling the quality of content, among other functions.

“The Glue ecosystem is meant to create stickiness between organizations and talent over a lifetime of professional development,” said Dr. Stephanie Hughes, founder of Glue and a tenured Associate Professor of Management at Northern Kentucky University. “Add the capability for employers to find talent and Glue’s infrastructure aligns the interests of all three parties.”

Organizations can order a free demo version or purchase a customized Talent Showcase including profiles, searchable database, and an advising and systems-monitoring portal at the GlueWorks website. Individual jobseekers can register for a free Talent Showcase at the same Web location.
