Halogen Software, known for their leading talent management solutions, has recently released a joint report with technology and research firm Vital Analysis, entitled: “Does Your Talent Strategy Really Drive Employee Performance?” The report argues that by demolishing HR silos, organizations can adopt a more fluid management structure that encourages high performance from employees and fundamentally links talent strategy to organizational strategy.
“Data silos create disconnects between talent management functions such as recruiting, performance management and development for example,” said President of Vital Analysis Brian Sommer in a recent press release. “By leveraging tools that were purpose built to share this data across systems, remove silos and improve employee performance, HR and the organization get a much better view of their talent and of individual employees.”
“Systems like Halogen’s talent management suite, which provides organizational goal alignment and links each talent management function to drive performance, delivers a holistic and complete view of a company’s talent metrics so they can be mapped to business performance,” Sommer concluded.
The research paper, available now through the Halogen website, offers organizations an opportunity to rethink their talent strategy and unleash the full potential of their workforce.
