Snagajob MobileSnagajob, the leading provider of workforce management solutions for hourly employers, has recently launched a new version of their popular Hiring Manager job app, optimized for the iPhone. The Snagajob For Employers Hiring Manager app is now available on a number of different mobile devices, including Android, BlackBerry and iPhone – giving hiring managers the on-the-go tools they need on the smartphone of their choice.

The job app allows employers to review, screen, and select candidates all from the convenience of their handheld device. Hiring managers can access and review candidate profiles and resumes, weed out unsavory applicants, call and email candidates directly, and ultimately select top talent from the simple to use, streamlined dashboard.

“Our long-standing philosophy has been that people’s dreams begin with the right job, and we are living up to that mission by helping employers more effectively and easily source, hire and manage talent – wherever they are,” said Snagajob CEO Shawn Boyer in a recent press release. “Our suite of business solutions, and now our mobile Hiring Manager, all work together to allow employers to focus on their business and their people and not on paperwork.”

Complimentary to their mobile offering, Snagajob also provides a variety of talent acquisition and talent management tools to assist employers, including:

  • Snagajob Talent Sourcing: Leveraging their pool of over 30 million qualified workers, Snagajob Talent Sourcing brings employers 600,000 new job seekers and more than 19 million job searches each month, making it easier to find great candidates.
  • Snagajob Hiring Manager: Uses a web-based dashboard to deliver background checks, tax screening and an onboarding system that streamlines and standardizes the hiring process for managers.  The software ensures compliance, reduces legal liabilities, lowers time-to-hire, and increases operational efficiencies.
  • Snagajob Training Manager: Set for release later this year, the program standardizes staff training procedures to boost employee performance and reduce turnover.
