So you’ve instituted a world-class employee wellness program at your organization. Great! Any day now, you’ll be reaping the benefits of a happier, healthier, more engaged workforce and an improved employer brand, right?

Maybe. But maybe not.

According to a new survey from corporate wellness tech company Limeade, building the program isn’t necessarily the biggest challenge that employers face when trying to bring wellness to their workforces. Fifty-two percent of respondents to Limeade’s survey said that simply getting employees to participate in the program was the real obstacle.

Luckily, this hurdled can be cleared – as long as employers use the right strategies to do so.
