iSolved Mobile Provides On-the-Go Employee Clock In

 Infinisource, a leading SaaS-based human capital management technology solutions firm, has announced the new iSolved Mobile app which lets employees clock into the iSolved platform from anywhere with their smart phones. Users can clock in individually, or crew leaders can clock in an entire group of their employees.

iSolved Mobile combines time, payroll and other support functions into a single human capital management app. Compatible with both Android and iOS, the interface also functions offline when cell service may be unreliable or unavailable. The app uses a phone’s native platform, allowing for individual and group punches, including department, job, task information, and restrictions. An additional capability includes GPS coordinate collection to see when and where time punches take place.

Todd LaFever, Infinisource’s president of technology, notes that the app’s current features will be enhanced even further with a Phase Two release before the end of 2014. Infinisource is investing heavily in technology development in order to continue to advance the mobile functionality of iSolved Mobile. Such mobile apps increase employee engagement for the employer and boost productivity.

Current features include Mobile Time Punch, Group Time Punch, Quick Punch, True Offline Operation and GPS Coordinate Tracking. The Phase Two release will add such capabilities as View Pay Stub Summary, View Pay Details, View/Change W4, View PTO balances, Request/Approve PTO and View/Approve Time Card.
