PEOPLElytics will be available 24/7 and available exclusively on tablet devices. The app reinforces PeopleMatter’s “Mobile First” strategy and is designed to make data more accessible for on-the-move executives managing multiple locations. Users can drill down into data to answer questions regarding operations, see the metrics impacting success, and make informed business decisions. Employers can then see the direct relationship between business actions and outcomes. Current and past performances are viewable within customizable dashboards with cross-location visibility and advanced filtering options.
