RepriseMail has announced the availability of its Free Email Overload Diagnostic tool that allows Microsoft Outlook users to determine the impact email overload has on worker productivity. The new tool helps executives understand the nature of their overloading problem in order to identify a true email problem or email-management inefficiencies. RepriseMail diagnosis email overload through business intelligence on 20 performance indicators based on how employees use email.

Reports include side-by-side comparisons for peer benchmarking and trend tracking for recognizing behavioral changes over time.
