Bridge is the ultimate cloud-based learning management software. Employees can access it from anywhere – which makes it ideal for distributed teams – and employee dashboards can be customized according to each specific employee’s courses. Plus, Bridge makes enrolling employees super simple: Just upload a CSV file or integrate Bridge with your HRIS, and the software will take care of the rest.

One more thing we should mention: There’s a survey function, too, which means you can use Bridge to not only train employees, but also keep tabs on how they’re feeling and the kinds of training they want to receive.

3. Tasytt + Obie

Tasytt

On its own, Tasytt is a cool enough software that enables your team to build a custom knowledge base while rewarding top contributors and keeping employees engaged through gamification. Obie, Tasytt’s new AI, takes the platform to the next level.

Obie, which is currently in beta, integrates with Slack, and team members can “talk” to Obie whenever they need to access to knowledge base. Obie returns the relevant info.

Organizations can also use Obie to assign “flows” to their employees. Flows are basically task lists, but Obie delivers each task one at a time. When employees are finished with an item on the list, they let Obie know, and Obie tells them what’s next. It’s a simple and efficient way to make sure everything gets done when it needs to.

James Tally, CEO of Tally, Inc., told us that Obie is “the best helper [he has] found so far.”

5. NxtSpark

NxtSpark

Mentorship programs are excellent ways to get employees acclimated to a new company, engaged in the company culture, and up to speed on company processes and procedures. The only problem is that they require a lot of oversight, and many companies don’t have the resources to dedicate to running a mentorship program.

That’s where NxtSpark comes in. This platform essentially automates your mentorship programs by matching mentors and mentees, tracking their progress, and delivering relevant data to stakeholders via a visual analytics dashboard.

Reflektive

With Netflix, you can watch a movie as soon as you want to. With Uber, you can call a car to your house when you need it. Why not apply the same on-demand delivery methods to employee feedback? Reflektive tracks employee successes in real-time, and it gives managers to ability to deliver feedback frequently and dynamically.

“Reflektive helps us approach performance management in an agile and flexible way that aligns with our business needs,” writes Reflektive client DigitalOcean. “We want feedback to be an integral part of our developmental culture to help employees achieve high performance every day.”

If your organization wants the same thing, try Reflektive.

No one likes sitting through a bland PowerPoint presentation. If you’re still relying on them for your employee training courses, you’re not doing yourself or your workforce any favors.

While Prezi isn’t strictly speaking a learning and development software, it is a much more engaging presentation platform that is more likely to keep employees interested in what you have to teach them.

And Prezi can also be a great way to help employees learn valuable soft skills, according to Elizabeth Jenkins, communications manager at Source Capital Funding, Inc., and Texas Hard Money : “We also love to leverage Prezi for presentations and research. We like to help our employees grow though reports on market analysis. This research, combined with Prezi and the subsequent public speaking practice, not only helps our employees with their professional growth, but it also helps improve their interpersonal skills for business sales and networking.”
