Recruitment Rocket – World’s First Video Recruiting Agency
Recruitment Rocket is just like any other recruiting agency – with one major exception – recorded video interviews.
As well as sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and providing notes to employers – similar to other employment agencies – Recruitment Rocket also instructs shortlisted candidates to answer a number of interview questions using their own computer and webcam. Responses are then recorded at a time of the candidate’s own choosing.
After creating a final shortlist, the Recruitment Rocket consultant then shares notes, the candidates’ resumes, and the completed video interviews with the hiring company for subsequent follow up.
“Our clients find it very useful to have the video. Resumes are fine when it comes to evaluating more concrete requirements such as level of education, and numbers of years of experience. However, the video comes in very handy for evaluating softer traits such as communication skills, sales ability and the ability to perform under a bit of pressure,” states lead recruiter, Matthew Hart. He goes on to add “it also works out very well for candidates. Simply by virtue of having completed the videos, candidates put themselves ahead of the pack, as they have demonstrated that they are willing to go the extra step to secure employment.”
While other recruiting agencies may use live video applications such as Skype, Recruitment Rocket is the only agency to use its own in-house, schedule-independent, video interviewing solution.

Candidates and employers can be located anywhere there is an internet connection. We serve the entire US and Canadian marketplace.”
