SaaShr logo SaaShr, a Kronos Company, recently announced the company is including HR and Payroll Answerforce—powered by Wolters Kluwer Law & Business—to its Ancillary Product and Service Marketplace. This new tool will allow service providers that are resellers of SaaShr solutions to provide clients with access to a virtual library of HR-related resources.

According to the company:

  • Many small and midsize businesses typically do not have extra resources to hire dedicated HR staff, and must spend valuable time attempting to keep up with a myriad of changing laws and regulations to avoid penalties and lawsuits for compliance failure.
  • To help with this, HR and Payroll Answerforce will be made available directly in SaaShr’s workforce management platform through a tight integration with Wolters Kluwer.
  •  HR and Payroll Answerforce provides searchable access to resources on employment laws and regulations in all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. The information is divided into 14 categories, with hundreds of subcategories and includes hundreds of sample policies, posters, forms, and training checklists.

“We are intrigued by SaaShr’s unique distribution model. By aligning with SaaShr, we are now able to tap into the thousands of small and midsize businesses that use the SaaShr platform through a network of service providers,” said Bill Harmon, licensing manager at Wolters Kluwer Law & Business.

Zachary Untracht, senior director at SMB Partner Channel SaaShr, also commented:

“The growing number of complex, HR-related laws has left many businesses with open questions when it comes to compliance and remaining current on legislation. HR and Payroll Answerforce will be a critical component of the Marketplace that will allow SaaShr’s network of partner resellers to provide added value to clients with respect to the changing legislative landscape.”
