The release of the spring 2014 enhancement of Talemetry’s cloud-based talent generation software sees the addition of new team dashboards providing real-time insights for managers into recruitment activities related to filling open jobs. The dashboards build on previous releases, which have enhanced the software’s analytic capabilities for providing visual insight into source-to-hire by job. The new update also adds a number of improvements to the Talemetry platform, particularly to the areas of sourcing, CRM, and job advertising.
Talemetry delivers the necessary tools for recruiters to find, attract, and engage talent through a social cloud-based solution. The SaaS suite includes talent sourcing and CRM, job broadcasting, agency, career sites, and candidate application solutions. The talent generation suite provides integration and configuration with existing systems and service providers.
