TalentQuest, Intellum Partner to Create an Integrated Platform for Talent and Learning Management

 Two industry-leading companies, TalentQuest and Intellum, have announced a joint venture to integrate Intellum’s Exceed LMS with TalentQuest’s talent management software suite. Exceed will be offered as TQ Learning within TalentQuest’s TQ Suite of software modules. TQ Learning will bolster current offerings that already include assessments, performance management, goals, compensation, succession, and 360 feedback.

The venture will provide HR managers who oversee the improvement of organization performance with several advantages. For example, skills gaps that have been identified with the TalentQuest system can now automatically recommend training and offer one-click enrollment of launch of required online and mobile learning.
