cloud-based training solution for business compliance ThinkHR, a provider of expert HR resources, has introduced ThinkHR Learn, a cloud-based training solution that enables companies to maintain compliance, lessen risk and increase employee productivity. ThinkHR Learn offers unlimited access to more than 300 courses, designed to keep employees up to date with the training, such as sexual harassment and discrimination courses that can help reduce a company’s risk and liability.

ThinkHR Learn delivers short courses that are followed by action items employees must complete after the training. Employees receive unlimited access to a wide range of courses focused on minimizing risk and increasing employee and company compliance. Topics include sexual harassment and discrimination, OSHA requirements, workplace safety, hazard communications, ethics, substance abuse in the workplace, and diversity. Management-focused tracks include project management, effective meetings and courses designed to improve employee performance.

“Business owners and HR managers may be required to provide specific training, but they also are faced with tight budgets and limited time. They want an employee training solution that is easy to deploy, easy to use, and easy to manage,” Michael Wood, ThinkHR vice president of product development, said. “ThinkHR Learn is designed to offer an intuitive interface that is simple to understand and functionality that will save managers time in administering training.”

For HR professionals, ThinkHR streamlines the effort of managing and tracking employee compliance and training. The platform notifies the administrator when an employee receives a certificate. Robust reporting tools enable administrators to quickly see who has completed a course and when, and reports can be exported to help keep records of certificates and course completions. By delivering greater visibility into which employees have and have not completed required training, ThinkHR can reduce risk and liability for businesses of all size.
