Social HR provider TribeHR announced immediate enhancements to its cloud-based platform that helps HR professionals improve social recruitment, boost employee engagement and facilitate the development of a strong corporate culture. The enhancements include new LinkedIn and Facebook features that make social recruiting easier and more effective.
Specifically, LinkedIn job postings driven by TribeHR feature an “Apply with LinkedIn” button that allows candidates to apply or indicate interest in a position. Once used, the button automatically compiles an applicant profile based off of the candidate’s profile. Candidate reviewers may then rate, rank, comment, interview and hire candidates. The Facebook posting app allows HR managers to automatically update their corporate Facebook pages with open positions while allowing interested parties to apply through the social media site. This feature widens application pools through the utilization of the company’s Facebook followers and employees’ social networks.
Social recognition and feedback features new to TribeHR’s platform let HR pros recognize employees who best embrace corporate culture. TribeHR gives employee’s social recognition when performing well then automatically stores the feed in their personnel file for easy access. Social feedback may also be collected from peers, direct reports and workplace associates through social media channels, allowing for a simple method for collecting real-time feedback.
