google drive connector for vaultize Vaultize, a leader in Enterprise File Sync & Share (EFSS), has announced the beta release of its anywhere access connector for Google DriveTM for Work. Combined with built-in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities, Vaultize enables enterprise users to uniformly access, edit, and share corporate data across Google Drive, file servers, and NAS from their mobile devices, with end-to-end security.

Vaultize fully integrates EMM into a single offering, providing complete control and visibility over sensitive corporate data across corporate content repositories both on-premise and in the cloud, from any device.

Vaultize includes Mobile Device Management (MDM) features including remote wipe, data containerization, storage and network encryption, PIN protection, and white-listing of apps for mitigation of security and protection concerns with Enterprise Mobility and BYOD. Vaultize also includes features such as automatic wiping based on geo-location or IP address or time-out. It facilitates MCM through access rights and allows IT to prevent data loss and security and compliance breaches by controlling what users can do with corporate data on their mobile devices using natively built-in document editors.

The Vaultize apps for iOS and Android have a built-in editor for Microsoft Office documents and PDF annotation. Enterprise IT can have granular control over copy-paste, sharing or opening in third-party mobile applications, printing and emailing. This technology ensures that data remains secure source-to-destination. Containerization also allows IT to wipe data remotely, or automatically, based on various policies.
