BRiAlerts from Benefit Resource Provides Real-time Balance, Adjudication Alerts

 Owners of a Benefit Resource pre-tax benefit account now have access to the newly released BRiAlerts, a feature that provides real-time balance, transaction, and adjudication alerts for participants of FSAs, HRAs, and commuter benefits accounts. Users can select from a variety of notifications to be received through email or by text message. Such notifications can include deposit alerts, which will inform participants of when funds are posted to an account, updated balance amounts, and notifications of duplicate transactions. Additionally, participants can stay informed of card purchases and denial alerts as they occur. Real-time adjudication is provided that alerts users when a transaction to a FSA or HAS requires further documentation.

BRiAlerts and BRiMobile are available to participants in a Benefit Resource pre-tax benefit account and can be activated by logging into a Benefit Resource account. BRiMobile is accessible through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
