Cornerstone Onboarding delivers a unified approach to the welcoming process for improved collaboration between new employees, their coworkers, managers, and hiring teams.

The upcoming release, available in June 2014, comes with features including:

• Personalized welcome portals to engage new hires via social, self-service portals that provide company data, access to critical information, online courses, and a means for connecting with their team.

• Real-time task and training management for keeping track of the onboarding process, including time-to-productivity metrics with goal setting, reminders, milestone tracking, and progress reports.

• Centralized onboarding documentation that is generated, assigned, and routed from a central location. Future functionality which integrate the feature with eVerify and other services.

• Drive the engagement of new hires through established virtual communities and connections between new hires and their colleagues.
