deloitteIn a move that propels Deloitte to the top of the ranks of Workday HR and finance consulting firms, the company has announced the completion of its purchase of Aggressor LLC which focuses solely on deployment and integration services for Workday solutions. The purchase also strengthens Deloitte’s HR tech and transformation consulting practice. Companies use Workday to acquire, assess, evolve, deploy, and maintain their workforce and improve organizational efficiencies both financially and operationally.

“With this acquisition, Deloitte broadens its HR transformation capabilities. As a result, we have strengthened our position to be the leading providers of Workday solutions, helping our clients keep pace with innovation to lead their organizations into the future,” said Barbara Adachi, national managing director of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s human capital consulting practice.

About 100 former Aggressor employees will be added to Deloitte’s human capital consulting practice. “By uniting our demonstrated Workday delivery approach with Deloitte’s unmatched human capital experience and global reach, our new practice will offer clients a broad array of Workday-enabled services ranging from technology-driven system deployments to global HR transformation,” said David Hom co-founder of Aggressor, “We are thrilled that by bringing leading talent from both teams we can help our clients get even more from their Workday investment.”

The transaction will officially close before the end of April. “We are excited about the combination of Deloitte and Aggressor, two leading Workday solution providers.
