financial numbersEntelo recently announced the immediate availability of More Likely to Move™, a technology that alerts talent acquisition professionals when passive candidates are about to change employers. The new feature is part of Entelo’s platform that leverages big data, predictive analytics, and social signals to help recruiting organizations find, qualify and engage with in-demand talent.

More Likely to Move™ is a part of the flagship Entelo Search product, a powerful search engine that allows recruiters to search from a database of over 25 million high-quality passive candidates. According to Entelo, candidates identified as “more likely to move” are six times more likely than their peers to leave their job within the next 120 days.
