talent chaser recruitment softwareA new recruitment and talent management software program has been released. Talent Chaser bills itself as the first recruitment and daily staff management software running on the evidence based recruitment method. The software program brings together two functions that typically operate independently by combining scalable personnel recruitment with daily management of staff. Talent Chaser works to help companies identify, execute, and support HR decisions based on hard facts and can be used by senior executives, managers, and HR personnel. The applicant-screening process works by analyzing candidate packages to determine which applicant would be most appropriate for each position, making for more successful applicant placement.

The 20-Minute Multiple-Choice Performance Profile Questionnaire utilized by Talent Chaser first identifies the behavioral tendencies within an organization then compares the results with a set of pre-determined performance ratings for each job held within the solution’s Performance Appraisal Module. This allows for role-specific comparisons during the applicant screening process.

“After 10 years in development and select implementation, Talent Chaser has shown to increase substantially companies and organizations’ revenue by improving productivity, delivering better staff performance, easily indentifying training needs and reducing staff turnover,” said Dr. Carl Aylen, President/CEO of Talent Chaser creator The Cambridge Don. “Only Talent Chaser accomplishes this through the deployment of evidence-based processes allowing senior management to know precisely what is working – and what isn’t. Best of all, only Talent Chaser adapts its recruitment screening technology in ways which continuously improve the chances of employing new people who will perform well.”
