KEDARit Introduces Supply Chain Logistic Solutions to Improve Operations

 KEDAR Information Technologies has announced the release of Business Process management (BPM) KITS for freight forwarder and supply chain logistics companies to provide pre-defined solutions to enhance people skills, develop process excellence, and create lean enterprises. The KITS new tool provides structured methodologies for defining, re-engineering, and improving operational processes.

However, using our IT Financial Management (ITFM) products along with BPM, we are able to identify opportunities for cost optimization, as well as improve business processes”.

The BPM solutions for supply chain logistics analyze end-to-end effectiveness of operations and IT departments to identify strategic areas for improvement. KEDARit reduces freight delivery time from shippers to their destinations, quickly capture essential information, and reduce the billing cycle time. Such improvement typically leads to a reduction in operations costs of at least 25 percent and an improvement of 50 percent throughout.
