  • Improved email outreach – Send outreach emails to the most qualified candidates faster! Also, create outreach sequences and A/B test different subject lines to your heart’s content.
  • Our (new!) candidate tracker dashboard lets you review each candidate’s background in one integrated view quickly, as well as approve or deny candidates to narrow down your search faster.

Candidate Tracker: (New!) Effortlessly manage a pipeline of interested candidates.

  • Curated Candidate Dashboard – Once our outreach tool has identified great candidates who are interested in your job, your growing pipeline can be reviewed in the candidate tracker dashboard. 
  • Candidate Review Mode – Assess individual candidates and dig deeper into their background and skills with candidate review mode within the candidate dashboard. Look through their LinkedIn profile and other social media using the links next to their names. Also, access any attached candidate documents, such as their resume or any other application materials we’ve collected.
  • Streamline Your Pipeline – Once you have fully reviewed a candidate’s background, you can add in your own notes and decide whether or not to keep them in the interview process by clicking the “Approve” or “Deny” buttons on the top right of the screen.

From the candidate tracker, your normal interview process will kick in – but this time, with a full pipeline of incredibly qualified talent.
