NewsAs a top-notch provider of Software as a Service (SaaS), has announced the release of its recruitment module for HR applications.  This unique software provider provides efficient help for those in HR, Time and Labor Management, and Payroll. This particular recruitment module is designed to assist small to mid-sized businesses with recruiting.

Smaller businesses may not have the resources that large companies have for recruiting, so this is a huge benefit to them.  In fact, a survey in 2010 by the employment services company, Manpower Group, indicated that employers all around the country were having a much more difficult time recruiting qualified candidates as they did in 2006.

Experts are hopeful that as the economy continues to grow, businesses will be able to do more when it comes to recruiting and hiring. With the added effort, recruitment resources will be more of a need.

Currently there are 3.2 million unfilled job positions in the United States, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.  At the same time, the percentage of the population that is unemployed is 9.1 percent.  Chad Brenneman of states that, “The recruitment module can help bridge the gap between the unemployment numbers and the number of available positions by streamlining hiring processes for those companies that are currently hiring and in need of a solution.”

By using the recruitment module, employers will be able to hire people faster based on the essential information of each applicant available in a summarized view.  How this works is that applicants will be able to upload their resume and add skills and references.  The module will then show a comparison of information from applicants so that hiring managers can narrow their choices quickly.
