online payroll calculators PaycheckCity’s online payroll calculators have been updated to include the latest 2015 tax information following annual changes in federal, state, and local tax codes. Individuals can use the site’s self-service tools to model what their take-home pay will look like given the tax changes that went into effect on January 1. PaycheckCity is updated throughout the year in order to reflect the most recent changes from states and localities.

In order to calculate an individual’s take-home pay with PaycheckCity’s online calculator, users must first navigate to the standard paycheck calculator, enter the required information, including check date, state for withholding, gross pay, pay frequency, federal filing status, and number of federal allowances. Complete any additional state and/or local withholding information, and enter any voluntary deductions or other additional withholding to which the individual is subject. Adding as much information as possible will yield better results. When the results are displayed, PaycheckCity further offers the option to print results for record keeping.

PaycheckCity’s calculators are useful at the beginning of the year for individuals who wish to check their first paychecks of the New Year. Throughout the remainder of the year, PaycheckCity can be used to model “what if” scenarios to determine how major life events, such as having a baby or getting married, will affect take-home pay.
