Simply Hired Simply Hired has announced a revamped and enhanced mobile experience for candidates and recruiters at its mobile job-search site. The new functionality on offer makes connecting candidates and employers quicker while ensuring applicants find only the most relevant job postings within their search parameters. The site allows users to benefit from the convenience of mobile search while also being able to easily transition between mobile and desktop job searches.

The new mobile application flow allows candidates to save, email, and apply for jobs with a single click from any mobile device. Users also gain access to a database of over eight million job openings. Recruiters can use the service to advertise jobs to mobile job seekers and reach candidates with a cost-effective pay-per-click ad solution.

“Mobile is a crucial part of the job search equation for candidates and recruiters; we are seeing more than 1/3 of our traffic come from mobile devices today and this is only growing,” said James Beriker, president and CEO of Simply Hired. “Our new mobile experience ensures that candidates can take full advantage of job search on their terms, while providing recruiters with new options for participating in mobile without having to undertake a full-scale mobile initiative.”

Several key features of the new enhancements include:

• An improved search experience that shows more job results on a page when searching.

• Mobile user profiles can be tied to a custom profile making saved searches and jobs immediately available on both the mobile and desktop sites.

• Candidates can save, email, and apply for jobs with one click through a utility bar attached to each job posting.

• Site navigation is more intuitive thanks to the new mobile-first design.
