talentship context intelligence platform Big Data analytics and contextual search technology firm Spire Technologies has announced the global launch of TalentSHIP, the company’s first Context Intelligence platform and the industry’s first unstructured data analytics platform for talent supply chain management and talent growth management. TalentSHIP is designed to be utilized for various HR management needs including talent acquisitio n, workforce management, organization realignment, succession planning, and pre- or post-M&A talent mapping. Pilot customers of the platform have experienced reductions in operations management costs of over 50 percent and sourcing-to-development cycle time reductions of over 40 percent.

The new engine searches, maps, and ranks talent supply against job and project demand and offers the capability to reverse rank job or project demands with over 95 percent accuracy (across over 100 parameters) in a single search or match instance. The unstructured data analytics capabilities of TalentSHIP present a great opportunity to change talent supply chain management with a scope that moves beyond process compliance to include the ability to improve operational efficiencies within these processes.
