Spire Technologies Announces TalentSHIP Big Data-based Demand-Supply Mapping

 Big Data analytics and contextual search technology firm Spire Technologies has announced the global launch of TalentSHIP, the company’s first Context Intelligence platform and the industry’s first unstructured data analytics platform for talent supply chain management and talent growth management. TalentSHIP is designed to be utilized for various HR management needs including talent acquisitio n, workforce management, organization realignment, succession planning, and pre- or post-M&A talent mapping.
