successfactorsSuccessFactors, global provider of cloud-based business execution software, has announced the release of SuccessFactors Recruiting Execution, a combination of the company’s Recruitment Marketing platform with its Recruitment Management solution. The paired software offers companies the ability to identify and attract the best candidates in a more streamlined and quicker pace.

“The world of recruiting has evolved from newspaper ads, to job boards, to hundreds of new channels including company career sites and online job boards like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter,” said Dmitri Krakovsky, vice president of global product management at SuccessFactors. “As a result the complexity for recruiters skyrocketed, finding and converting the best candidates has never been harder, and yet, now, with SuccessFactors Recruiting Execution, it will be incredibly easy.”

The SuccessFactors recruiting software suite provides companies with the capabilities to:

• Utilize marketing best practices to find and market to candidates throughout the application process. This can involve tools such as SEO, automated job distribution, social recruiting, and career site development.

• Operate a simple, mobile selection process that simplifies selection mechanism for both applicants and hiring managers. Users have access to information such as candidate feedback, the ability to compare candidate competencies, and integrate SuccessFactors into the BizX Suite.

“We know Recruiting Execution works because we ‘drink our own champagne’,” said Jeff Diana, chief people officer at SuccessFactors. “In just two months, our recruiting solution elevated our online visits from potential job candidates from 6,000 to 46,000. Our pipeline increased from roughly 100 applicants to just shy of 1,000 qualified applicants, directly leading to 44 new hires at SuccessFactors.”
