techieSuccessFactors, a market leader in providing business execution software from the cloud, has announced a newly patented technology for search engine optimization (SEO) on talent landing pages. The patent, System and Method for Career Website Optimization, will be a part of the company’s Recruiting Marketing solution offering clients easier access to candidates, better search engine placement, and the ability to measure results. The technology leads to greater page visibility and thus higher page rankings to capture the attention and clicks of more candidates.
