Beyond.com Acquires Online Job Board JobCircle.com

 The Career Network Beyond.com Inc. just announced its acquisition of job board JobCircle.com. The online job portal is dedicated to employers and job seekers in the nation’s Mid-Atlantic region.

JobCircle.com offers its 1.3 million registered members with a variety of tools to simplify job posting and candidate search processes. The site was founded in 1998, and is well known for developing and producing specific career fairs and events to more than 18 industry categories.

The acquisition will help Beyond.com expand The Career Network online with virtual career fairs while growing offline with live career events in several markets, including the IT vertical market.
