myStaffingPro, known for their Software-as-a-Service applicant tracking system, has recently released a new Facebook jobs posting application that allows recruiters to vastly increase the attention and audience that their jobs receive. Job Seekers will now be able to use a company’s Facebook page to search and apply for jobs.
“The Facebook app enables our customers to quickly and easily increase their job posting exposure to the vast Facebook user base. Through the Facebook app, candidates gain access to search and apply to job openings without having to leave Facebook,” said Ruth Ann Stover, Director of Sales at myStaffingPro. “The result is a high-touch job seeker experience allowing candidates to apply in a platform they are comfortable with.”
The Facebook recruiting app performs by adding a Jobs Tab to the company’s Facebook page. Navigating to the tab through Facebook, job seekers can view and apply for the same jobs that companies would post on their individual websites. By having their jobs on Facebook, companies widely increase the influence and exposure of their postings. Prospective candidates using the job tab can register for future job notifications, select job titles to read more about open positions, and apply for the jobs they find attractive.
