everyday hcm FinancialForce.com, a leading cloud ERP provider, has introduced Everyday HCM, embedding HR capabilities throughout CRM and ERP processes, activities and objects. Built on the Salesforce1 Platform, FinancialForce HCM allows alignment between employee performance and business performance.

FinancialForce HCM allows organizations to make HR activities part the company’s culture and leverages the power of the Salesforce1 Platform to work with every app within FinancialForce ERP. CRM and ERP business activities can be linked back to FinancialForce HCM.

Having CRM and ERP with HCM on the Salesforce1 Platform gives cross-departmental insight that allows decision makers to quickly identify bottlenecks. Businesses can analyze and monitor the impact of the whole spectrum of employee experience, from hiring, onboarding, absence management and performance, to business goals and customer satisfaction.

FinancialForce HCM offers an intuitive self-service design that allows employees to complete any HR task while on-the-go. With the Salesforce1 Platform, the app also provides a range of social capabilities, including social referrals, recruiting, feedback and collaborative goal setting. Additionally, the company has developed a pilot application using Salesforce1 and Android Wear APIs that enable ERP notifications to be displayed on watches, together with the ability to take action based on intelligent system generated recommendations.

“Your employee’s experience is the precursor to your customer’s experience. To help employees succeed, HCM cannot remain a once a month, or once a year action. It needs to be proactive and fully aligned with the rest of the business,” said Jeremy Roche, president and CEO at FinancialForce.com. “With ‘Everyday HCM’, we are making HR simple, collaborative, contextual and unified—helping employees feel connected to the company goals, and as a result, positively impacting their customers’ experiences.”
