brain gearsThe sole licensee of the Human Patterns assessment, Hirease, Inc., has announced the launch of a revamped and more user-friendly version of its informational website. The information platform provides both test takers and administrators access to information on the 250-question Human Patterns assessment. The site offers administrators information regarding the application of the assessment within their practice and upcoming training and certification dates. The remainder of the site is dedicated to explaining the various uses of the assessment for both personal and professional development.

“Our new site offers greater insight to the Human Patterns Assessment and is the beginning of many of the enhancements Hirease will implement”, says Heidi Dent, President of Hirease, Inc. “The site will provide self-service access for certified administrators and entrance into a dashboard to help create more transparency with the Human Patterns product in the administrator’s business portfolio.” Hirease’s main objective is to streamline assessment administration through automating processes and eliminating manual tasks. Heidi Dent states “Hirease is utilizing more relevant software languages to update and create more options for dissemination of the assessment results. Our development team has worked diligently updating the backend system for greater flexibility for certified administrators.”

Short videos help users become acquainted with the assessment while downloadable sample reports and score sheets are available for administrators. The site is designed to serve certified assessment administrators and as an education portal for training opportunities. The site is available at HumanPatterns.com.
