Workforce management solutions provider Kronos Incorporated has announced the availability of its Kronos Workforce Analytics solution that gives employers easy access to workforce data in order to organize information, manage costs, and increase productivity. The solution offers real-time insights into operational issues such as costs of labor and workforce requirements so that problems can be addressed immediately instead of on a periodic basis.
Other key features of the tool include: a simple graphical dashboard that displays
relevant information; the ability to create ad-hoc reports without the need for guidance from IT; a refined set of security features granting need-to-know access of information to employees of all levels ensuring the availability of necessary data without compromising privacy and minimizing compliance concerns; and the ability to operate the program alongside existing business intelligence tools.
