Paramount Staffing Named “Best Company”
Selections and rankings are completed by the Great Place to Work Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management. The competition, now in its ninth year, was divided into two categories: small (50-250 employees) and medium (251-999 employees). Paramount Staffing received a rank of 20 among all small workplaces in the U. S.

The annual “Best Small Medium Companies” list ranks the nation’s top small and medium companies that use smart people management strategies to develop successful organizations with highly productive and satisfied workforces. The list is one of many from the Institute, including Fortune Magazine’s yearly 100 Best Companies list.
