news Sendouts – a leading provider of staffing and recruitment software, recently announced that the latest iteration of their namesake product would be released on 7/27/2011. Sendouts focuses on software for recruitment firms (both direct hire and staffing).

Sendouts was also recently in the news for winning an Interactive Media design award.

“We are excited to provide our clients with sophisticated solutions to increased productivity and control,” said Brian Hopcraft, President CEO of Sendouts. “Recruiters are constantly on the move, and each firm has their own objectives. This release helps users to spend less time in the application and gives them more power over how they use Sendouts.”

In a recent press release, Sendouts confirmed a host of new user features, some of which included:

  • VMS (Vendor Management System) Sync – The ability to import job orders directly into Sendouts automatically. Candidate profiles can also be submitted into VMS systems with drag-and-drop ease of use. The feature allows recruiters the ability to handle job orders more efficiently.
  • Social Media Integration – Users can access candidate social media profiles instantly. Recruiters can use candidate and company profiles in Sendouts to perform searches through Linkedin, Facebook, and Google. Another new feature is the addition of the social share button for job postings. Candidates can share jobs through their social media networks to increase exposure and reach.
  • Custom Reporting(beta) – Grants users the ability to drag and drop specific fields and formatting into a powerful business intelligence tool that creates custom reports. While still in beta, the full release of the measuring tool is set for the fall.

“Our goal is to continue to evolve with the ever-changing landscape in the recruiting and staffing industry,” said Hopcraft. “The newest features have a lot of appeal to enterprise firms, and place as much control in our clients’ hands as they are comfortable with. We’ve worked hard to tailor our solutions to fit firms of any size, and will continue to examine how we can help recruiters streamline their day-to-day activities.”
