Every company wants to build an amazing team of employees. In order to do this, you must find and hire the most qualified people to do specific jobs correctly.
Yet, the hardest part of this task is actually finding the most qualified candidate.
In our inaugural episode of The Recruiting Reel, Rikka Brandon, an entrepreneur by birth who molded herself into a recruiting wizard, explains just how to do that. Her three main tips for attracting the right candidates for your job post? Use a job ad (not a job description), determine “What’s in it for me?” (WIIFM), and post your job in at least three places.
Rikka previously worked with Kelly Services and then as chief recruitment officer at Building Gurus until she ultimately started her own recruitment consulting firm. Rikka has a passion for sharing her ability to recruit with other entrepreneurs and helping them “get from where they are, to where they want to be.”
