Talent Marketplace is an addition to the company’s Social Talent Engine and works to match existing talent with open jobs within an organization. Talent Marketplace’s search algorithms also integrate social feedback and employee-provided goals and preferences into the job match recommendation process. More fully, the solution provides:

• The automatic matching of open job postings with employees whose skills, preferences, and other data best match a job description, helping to eliminate the guesswork often involved in assigning talent to jobs.

• The ability for teams and individuals to collaborate and discuss the recommended matches thus gaining the ability to build a transparent pipeline of candidates.

• A social vetting process using social data to highlight possible candidates and give managers and recruiters a more comprehensive understanding of individual employees being considered to fill open roles.
