CareerBuilder has announced the acquisition of Broadbean, a leading job distribution, candidate sourcing, and big data analytics company. The purchase enables CareerBuilder to bring new recruitment technologies to global markets. With a presence in over 60 global markets, CareerBuilder specializes in talent management software and deep labor market intelligence while operating the largest online job board in the United States. Broadbean posts jobs on more than 6,000 job boards and social networks in 183 countries, with a user pool in excess of 60,000. Like CareerBuilder, Broadbean offers analytics around candidate sourcing and hires and distributes more than two million jobs generating at least 10 million job applications per month.
