The new release expands the app’s feature set and improves its suite of social media tools. Version 2.0 adds a searchable public job board, shared access for the management of job postings, new social network options, access to pre-defined job descriptions, and the opportunity to offer non-monetary referral prizes. Most Wanted’s gamified interface now gives users the option to search job postings by category, position, location, or keywords.

The cloud-based software is also unique in its library of job description templates now numbering nearly 200 pre-written job descriptions. Posting is now easier with the improved user interface making job-board additions quicker to social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and email. Managers are also able to measure the efficiency of each network through a full set of analytics and on-demand reports.

The gamified interface motivates users to share job postings and refer candidates for which they can collect points, prizes, and referral rewards. Most Wanted is suitable for running a full social recruiting and referral campaign with a full set of management tools and built-in analytics.
