“Sales leaders around the world are still struggling with the age-old problem of trying to identify top talent. Currently in private beta, Ideal Candidate starts with a psychometric assessment of existing sales employees followed by an analysis of team performance for the purposes of creating a benchmark for future hires. New applicants can then be compared to this baseline and given an algorithm-generated candidate ranking. Cost reductions in recruitment are inherent with the tool, which also helps to boost overall sales revenue thanks to its identification of the most productive candidates for each sales role at an organization.
