NewsPeoplefluent, a leading provider of mobile and SaaS solutions for talent management, vendor management and workforce compliance , has recently announced that their innovative Workforce Explorer iPad application has been chosen for presentation during the HR Technology Conference and Expo’s “Awesome New Technologies for HR” session. The session aims to showcase six of the most progressive HR solutions that have been released within the last year.

“Every summer, I spend July and August watching online product demonstrations, in addition to the ones I view throughout the year,” said Conference co-chair Bill Kutik. “This year’s six featured companies were culled from a field of more than 60 for their innovative and high quality software.” He continued, “The sales figures for iPads, the anecdotes of getting access to corporate networks, and every prognosticator make it clear that tablet computing is a major part of our future. Peoplefluent has one of the best iPad apps I saw in selecting presenters for the ‘Awesome New Technologies for HR’ session.”

Released in July, Workforce Manager has garnered significant attention for its unique interactive functionality that allows executives and HR managers to view and analyze different aspects of their workforce in a highly visual format. The tool combines many different streams of talent management data to produce employee profiles with pictures, charts, and graphs for visually understanding an employee’s history while interpreting data to measure concepts such as promotability, flight risk or leadership potential. Part of their “Fluency on the Move” product suite, Peoplefluent’s Workforce Manager gives Executives a chance to see into an employee’s past – and future.

“While our tablet strategy is being bundled into a marketplace of emerging mobile product launches, our product premise far surpasses the simple requirements of mobility and efficiency,” said Charles S. Jones, Chairman and CEO of Peoplefluent. “We conceived this vision around a broader analytics and integration effort — one that fully understands the disruption and expense associated with replacing current enterprise-wide solutions. Our mobile suite will not only sit on top of the Talent Management software, but also on ERP applications across the entire organization. By unleashing the value of all of the resources and data within the business, Peoplefluent is extending the life of existing investments by capturing and correlating information from among multiple disparate systems.”

The HR Technology Conference and Expo will be held at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, October 3 through October 5, 2011. The “Awesome New Technologies for HR” session is set for Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 4:00 p.m.
