Peoplefluent iPad App Selected For Presentation at HR Technology Conference and Expo
Peoplefluent, a leading provider of mobile and SaaS solutions for talent management, vendor management and workforce compliance , has recently announced that their innovative Workforce Explorer iPad application has been chosen for presentation during the HR Technology Conference and Expo’s “Awesome New Technologies for HR” session. The session aims to showcase six of the most progressive HR solutions that have been released within the last year.

Released in July, Workforce Manager has garnered significant attention for its unique interactive functionality that allows executives and HR managers to view and analyze different aspects of their workforce in a highly visual format. The tool combines many different streams of talent management data to produce employee profiles with pictures, charts, and graphs for visually understanding an employee’s history while interpreting data to measure concepts such as promotability, flight risk or leadership potential. Part of their “Fluency on the Move” product suite, Peoplefluent’s Workforce Manager gives Executives a chance to see into an employee’s past – and future.
