PI Worldwide launches three new talent solutions PI Worldwide, the developer of the Predictive Index Management Workshop Program, has announced the release of three additional talent solutions as part of its program update. The program and new technology solutions give clients access to a combination of workforce analytics data, knowledge, technology, and expertise. Insights gained from the program help clients improve talent development, talent acquisition, and overall organizational readiness.

The enhanced offering features a blended-learning approach to knowledge transfer, combining E-learning with instructor-led training. The Predictive Index Management Workshop utilizes guided discussions and exercises to provide skills and insights into people, behaviors, performance, and role definitions. After completion of the workshop is reached, participants have the access necessary to administer the Predictive Index survey, interpret the data, and provide feedback on predictive Index patterns. Assessments can be applied to areas such as hiring and selection, coaching, performance management, and team effectiveness.

The three new customizable, web-enabled technologies now available to clients include:

• Interview guides to help hiring teams conduct structured interviews including behavioral interview questions based on the similarities and differences between a candidate and the target job role.

• Coaching guides allow managers to clarify development areas for direct reports and generate pre-populated lists of coaching questions for increasing individual awareness, goal setting, and follow through.

• Group analytics provide the data necessary for the analysis of behavior tendencies of teams to identify performance bottleneck and opportunities for improvement.

“Our assessments have always measured critical dimensions of behavior in the workplace, and now our improved education and technology toolset helps our clients to take even greater advantage of the full potential of the Predictive Index,” said Matt Poepsel, vice president of product management at PI Worldwide. “With this launch, we’re pleased to give our clients a full platform consisting of the data, knowledge, and supporting technologies they need to make talent-related business improvements a reality.”
