peoplefluent upgrades tm solutionHCM technology firm Peoplefluent has announced a new updates to its core social HCM platform Peoplefluent Talent Management. Not only has the TM solution become more tightly integrated with Peoplefluent Learning Management, the Workforce Communications solution has also received an overhaul with new features that improve the delivery of rich benefits and policy content to managers and employees. Through the integration of performance management, career planning, leadership talent reviews, and succession planning, Peoplefluent Talent Management enables HR pros to obtain insight into organizational skills gaps, direct learning investments into the roles and skills most in demand, identify most suitable employees to fill skills gaps, and create customized learning programs to advance organizational goals.

Additionally, the integrated Learning and Talent Management solutions offer a synchronized TM Development Plan providing single-click access to tools for adding, registering, and launching content, viewing competency gaps, and reviewing messages from the solutions. The upgraded dashboard now includes learning-related tasks alongside tasks for compensation, performance, recruiting, and career development. New workforce communications features allow for more effective communication of employment value and improved decision making.
